At yearjoy.store, we want your anniversary to be perfect. If our gift doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to make it right:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are found to be defective or incorrect due to a production error.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: We are happy to exchange non-personalized items for a different product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or store credit), minus shipping costs, after we inspect the returned item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
